Return and Exchange Policy

At Scentak, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not, we make returns and exchanges easy!

Eligibility: 

  • You can return or exchange items within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Products must be in their original packaging (in its transparent layer), unopened, and in perfect condition with the original purchase invoice.
  • Faulty items are eligible for a guaranteed exchange (this applies only if the pump of the product is unprimed).

Return Shipping Fees: 

  • Customers are responsible for covering the return or exchange shipping fees.
  • For return fees, visit our Shipping & Delivery page
  • Cash on delivery charges will be deducted from your refund.

How to Start a Return or Exchange: 

Email us at info@scentak.com with the following details: 

  1. Order number 
  2. Product number 
  3. Product name 
  4. Product price 
  5. Request (Return or Exchange) 
  6. For exchanges, list the new item(s) you want 
  7. Reason for return or exchange 
  8. Preferred pickup date and time (between 10 AM – 5 PM)

If your payment was made via cash on delivery, please include your full bank details for the refund.

What Happens Next: 

  • We’ll review your request and send you a return shipment number (Airway Bill) within 48 hours.
  • Once the shipping company collects your items, we’ll begin processing your refund or exchange.

Refund Timelines: 

  • Credit Card Payments: Refunds will be issued back to your card within 4-14 days.
  • Cash on Delivery: Refunds will be processed to your bank account within 4-14 days.
