Return and Exchange Policy
At Scentak, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not, we make returns and exchanges easy!
Eligibility:
- You can return or exchange items within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Products must be in their original packaging (in its transparent layer), unopened, and in perfect condition with the original purchase invoice.
- Faulty items are eligible for a guaranteed exchange (this applies only if the pump of the product is unprimed).
Return Shipping Fees:
- Customers are responsible for covering the return or exchange shipping fees.

- Cash on delivery charges will be deducted from your refund.
How to Start a Return or Exchange:
Email us at info@scentak.com with the following details:
- Order number
- Product number
- Product name
- Product price
- Request (Return or Exchange)
- For exchanges, list the new item(s) you want
- Reason for return or exchange
- Preferred pickup date and time (between 10 AM – 5 PM)
If your payment was made via cash on delivery, please include your full bank details for the refund.
What Happens Next:
- We’ll review your request and send you a return shipment number (Airway Bill) within 48 hours.
- Once the shipping company collects your items, we’ll begin processing your refund or exchange.
Refund Timelines:
- Credit Card Payments: Refunds will be issued back to your card within 4-14 days.
- Cash on Delivery: Refunds will be processed to your bank account within 4-14 days.
Please note that bank processing times may vary.
